A unique work, drawn on paper (300 gr Bristol) with a ballpoint pen. This medium is ideal for rendering a photorealistic image in order to build up a new digitized one. The whole process is based on my research about the laws of visual perception and the various ways a simple drawing can challenge the perception of the viewer. The wavy pattern canvas makes this expressive portrait more interesting by adding motion to the drawing.
